UMBRO GEOMETRA PRO – CARBON/WHITE/MARIGOLD
This time last year Umbro introduced their contender in the ‘control’ boot category when they released the Geometra Pro. The comfort and fit of Umbro’s English football tailoring heritage is combined with the latest in football performance technology. As the Geometra is built for the visionary; the player that stays calm and controlled on the pitch and always finds their pass.
The Geometra features a full grain ceramic leather upper which is thicker than average leather. This, as well as a solid heel wrap and stabiliser, provide more protection for your feet.
An offset lacing system gives the boots a large strike zone and allow for a wider opening to the boot to aid comfort. The specialist soleplate has a new stud configuration. A pivot zone pressure point takes inspiration from a squash shoe and allows players to turn away from trouble in even the smallest areas.
One of the stand out features of the Geometra is the memory foam ‘pass pad’ on its instep to aid ball control. A silicon-bonded grip zone has been added to the toe to help touch and feel and allow the wearer to add increased loft and spin to the ball.
The new Carbon/White/Marigold Geometra Pro colourway will be available from www.Umbro.com from July 16th.
